Responsibilities

• Create and update technical documentation including user manuals, API guides, and installation guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in technical content.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
• Review and edit existing documentation to improve clarity and usability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and ability to write for diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Experience with technical writing tools such as Confluence, JIRA, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for web-based documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Skills

• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of SEO principles for technical content.
• Basic knowledge of accessibility guidelines.
