Technical Support Engineer (Swing Shift)
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have:
- About the role (maybe Job Summary)
- Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities)
- Skills (Skills And Experience) maybe also Requirements/Qualifications combined.
- Benefits (benefits package)
- Pay (salary range)
- Schedule (Swing shift details)
We need to preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove application instructions and equal opportunity statements. Also remove the "Don’t meet every single qualification?" paragraph (that's encouragement but maybe considered boilerplate? It's not required but it's not substantive? It's more encouragement; but we can keep? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The encouragement paragraph is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered application instructions? It's encouraging to apply; maybe we should remove as it's not substantive job content. Safer to remove.
Also remove the long EEO statement at end.
Also remove the line about "Everfox is a Federal Contractor..." etc. That's legal boilerplate; remove.
Also remove the line about "Our Talent Acquisition team will provide specific information regarding bonus eligibility and benefits offerings." That's maybe part of benefits but it's generic; we can keep benefits details: flexible PTO, 401k match, contribution to healthcare coverages. The line about TA team providing specific info is generic; we can drop.
Also remove the line about "Reasonable estimate of the base salary range..." we keep salary range.
Also need to include location/hybrid schedule? The schedule section: Swing shift 4PM-12AM Mountain Time, hybrid (2-3 days onsite). Also mention live within 50 miles.
We need to preserve all substantive info: So include location (Salt Lake City (Hybrid)), mention hybrid schedule, days onsite 2-3, live within 50 miles.
We need to not repeat job title as heading. So we can start with About the role
then
Job Summary ...
. Then responsibilitiesResponsibilities
- ... each bullet.
Skills
- ... maybe combine Skills And Experience and also qualifications? The posting has "Skills And Experience" list plus bullet list of "It would be super useful if you have any of the below:" plus a longer list of networking etc. We need to preserve all substantive info; we can combine into one list or separate? Probably better to have one

ScheduleSchedule
Swing shift: 4 PM–12 AM Mountain Time; hybrid work model (typically 2–3 onsite days per week set by manager); candidates should reside within ~50 miles of the Salt Lake City office.
We also might include Location? Not required as heading but could be part of About the role or Schedule. We'll embed location in About the role. Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate like "Everfox will consider reasonable accommodation as required by law." That's legal; remove. Also remove "Our Purpose..." etc? That's maybe part of About the role? It's generic mission statement; but it's substantive? It's about company purpose; maybe we can keep as part of About the role? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. The purpose/vision/belief/promise is generic fluff; could be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove. Thus About the role paragraph: Use the Job Summary paragraph(s). The Job Summary includes: "At Everfox, we protect missions that matter — and we’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer who’s excited to be part of that impact. This is your opportunity to join a fast‑moving, customer‑focused team that helps organizations solve complex cybersecurity challenges every single day. You’ll also be part of our global “follow‑the‑sun” support model, helping ensure customers receive timely assistance whenever urgent challenges arise." We'll keep that as About the role. Now ensure we don't duplicate any lines. Also remove the line "Trusted Connectivity for AI-Powered Dominance..." that's tagline; maybe we can include in About the role? It's generic marketing; but it's at top. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove. Now produce HTML fragment. Check that we didn't include any markdown fences. Let's craft:About the role
