MAINTENANCE WORKER ENGINEERING (SWING SHIFT)

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, managing a caseload, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient needs, medical history, and treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including medication management and health education.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and plan next steps.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with chronic disease management.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
