Technical Lead - Identity Governance

About the role

The role involves leading the end-to-end migration of enterprise applications onto the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform, including planning, design, and execution to ensure a seamless transition.

Responsibilities

• Configure scalable, secure workflows, policies, and connectors
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Collaborate with application owners, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and maintain alignment
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation
• Establish best practices for ISC administration
• Uphold professional integrity

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions
• At least two years specifically focused on SailPoint ISC
• Application onboarding and migration expertise
• Deep understanding of IAM, access governance, and security controls
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to mentor team members and lead complex initiatives
