Technical Lead - Identity Governance (Full-Time)

The role involves leading the migration and configuration of enterprise applications onto the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption. Deep knowledge of IAM, access governance, security controls, and regulatory frameworks is essential, along with familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. Strong leadership skills are required to guide technical workstreams, mentor team members, and drive complex initiatives. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are necessary, including experience with AI tools and integrations. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship and be willing to travel as needed. Preferred Certifications Include SailPoint Certified Identity Now Engineer.
