About the role

The role involves leading the migration and configuration of enterprise applications onto the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration and configuration of enterprise applications onto the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption.
• Design scalable and secure setups.
• Troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders.
• Maintain technical documentation to support ongoing governance and best practices.

Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, with a focus on SailPoint ISC.
• A proven track record of application onboarding and migration.
• Deep knowledge of IAM, access governance, security controls, and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong leadership skills to guide technical workstreams, mentor team members, and drive complex initiatives.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, including experience with AI tools and integrations.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Certifications

• SailPoint Certified Identity Now Engineer.
