Technical Lead - Identity Governance (Full-Time)

About the role

The role involves leading the migration and implementation of enterprise applications onto the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform.

Responsibilities

• Designing secure, scalable configurations
• Troubleshooting complex issues
• Collaborating with stakeholders
• Developing technical documentation to support ongoing governance and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ hands‑on experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, with at least two years focused on SailPoint ISC
• Ability to travel and work independently
• Commitment to professionalism and integrity
• Authorized to work without visa sponsorship

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications
• A degree in computer science or a related field, or extensive experience in identity governance

Skills

• Expertise in application onboarding and migration from legacy IAM solutions
• Deep understanding of IAM, access governance, security controls, and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in leading technical workstreams, mentoring team members, and making informed decisions
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with AI tools, integrations, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
