Technical Lead - Identity Governance (Full-Time)

About the role

This role is for a Manager, SailPoint Identity Governance Technical Lead responsible for leading end-to-end migration and implementation of enterprise applications onto the SailPoint ISC platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute migration strategies with minimal disruption
• Configure scalable and secure SailPoint solutions
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation
• Ensure best practices for ISC administration and governance

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on experience with IGA solutions, including two years with SailPoint ISC
• Proven expertise in application onboarding and migration
• Deep understanding of IAM, access governance, security controls, and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to lead technical workstreams, mentor teams, and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Certifications such as SailPoint Certified Identity Now Engineer
