Technical Lead - Identity Governance (Full-Time)

This role is for a Manager, SailPoint Identity Governance Technical Lead responsible for leading end-to-end migration and implementation of enterprise applications onto the SailPoint ISC platform. Key duties include designing and executing migration strategies with minimal disruption,configuring scalable and secure SailPoint solutions,troubleshooting complex technical issues,collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates,developing comprehensive technical documentation, and ensuring best practices for ISC administration and governance. Qualifications require minimum five years of hands-on experience with IGA solutions, including two years with SailPoint ISC,proven expertise in application onboarding and migration,deep understanding of IAM, access governance, security controls, and regulatory frameworks,ability to lead technical workstreams, mentor teams, and make informed decisions, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Certifications like SailPoint Certified Identity Now Engineer are preferred. Ideal candidates are adaptable, collaborative, and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
