Technical Lead - Identity Governance (Full-Time)

Technical Lead for SailPoint Identity Governance in a consulting advisory practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration of enterprise applications onto SailPoint ISC platform, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Design and implement secure, scalable configurations, workflows, policies, and connectors to meet business and security needs.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting complex issues during migration and onboarding.
• Collaborate with application owners, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and operational guides.
• Uphold professional integrity and foster a respectful work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of hands‑on experience with IGA solutions, including at least two years with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or related field preferred; or 10+ years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or GED.
• Proven expertise in application onboarding, migration, and IAM security frameworks such as SOX, NIST, ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge of AI tools and integrations, including non‑human identities.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills; ability to mentor team members.
• Ability to travel as needed and authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
