Technical Lead - Identity Governance (Full-Time)

About the role

This role is for a Manager, SailPoint Identity Governance Technical Lead within an advisory practice focused on transformation and client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end migration of enterprise applications to the SailPoint ISC platform, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
• Designing and implementing secure, scalable configurations, workflows, policies, and connectors to meet security and business needs.
• Serving as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting complex issues during migrations and application onboarding.
• Collaborating with application owners, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
• Developing comprehensive technical documentation and establishing best practices for ISC administration and governance.

Qualifications and skills

• At least five years of hands-on experience with IGA solutions, including two years with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Proven expertise in application onboarding and migration, especially from legacy IAM solutions.
• Deep understanding of IAM, access governance, security controls, and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong leadership skills to guide technical workstreams, mentor team members, and drive complex initiatives.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with familiarity with AI tools and non-human identities.
• The role requires the ability to travel as needed and applicants must be authorized to work without sponsorship.
