Technical Lead - Identity Governance

This role requires a Manager, SailPoint Identity Governance Technical Lead responsible for leading enterprise application migrations onto the SailPoint ISC platform. Key duties include planning, designing, and executing migration strategies with minimal disruptionconfiguring scalable and secure SailPoint ISC environments, workflows, policies, and connectorstroubleshooting complex technical issuescollaborating with application owners, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure project alignmentdeveloping comprehensive technical documentation and establishing best practices for ISC administration Qualifications include a minimum of five years of hands-on experience with IGA solutions, with at least two years focused on SailPoint ISCproven application onboarding and migration expertise, especially migrating from legacy IAM solutionsdeep understanding of IAM, access governance, security controls, and regulatory frameworksstrong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsfamiliarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP Candidates should be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
