Technical Account Consultant - IT & Platform

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption - Help customers adopt key features of Rippling and advise them on best practices for integrating Rippling into their workflows.
• Project manage - Coordinate with various internal and external teams to execute engagements and educate customers on optimizing their use of Ripling.
• Offer white-glove service - Provide attentive, personalized guidance and product enablement to ensure customers feel supported and engaged.
• Become a product expert - Serve as a go-to resource for both customers and coworkers by demonstrating expertise in 90 days.

Requirements

• Primary Skill Set (IT): A passion and curiosity for IT, 3+ years of experience managing an IT setup, helping customers implement IT products, or selling IT solutions, including familiarity with MDM, Identity Management solutions, or other IT-related solutions.
• Plus: Experience in a support capacity with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Internal IT staff member.
• Plus: Familiarity with admin consoles of email providers and business applications (Google, M365, Slack, Zoom, etc.).

Qualifications

• Secondary Skill Set, preferred but not required (Platform - Reporting & Data): 2+ years of experience building reports, working within data, and enabling customers with reporting needs, proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g., pivot tables), and advocacy for customers' data needs.

Pay

The pay range for this role is: 60,000 - 90,000 USD per year (US Tier 2) | 55,000 - 85,000 USD per year (US Tier 3)
