- Develop and implement tools to improve medication adherence and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain data integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare technology, pharmacy, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with EHR systems and pharmacy benefit management platforms.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Skills
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
