About the Role
This is a Career Ladder position. When filling available positions, consideration will be given to the selected applicant's education and experience. Programmers will support each other and share knowledge. They may be asked to work together to design, develop, and test a solution or to work independently on a small project by themselves. Some programmers may be called upon to analyze and cleanse older data for use in modern reports and applications.
You'd be a GOOD fit if you have programming experience and are eager to learn, work well with a team and independently, and prioritize meeting the needs of users.
You'd be a GREAT fit if you have prior experience with Microsoft's Power Platform and report generation or data visualization, and familiarity with using SQL, Power BI, or some common tool for analyzing, cleaning, and migrating data.

Pay
This is a career ladder position with retention steps:
- Programmer I: $4,263.19 - $4,357.26
- Programmer II: $4,801.16 - $4,908.68
- Programmer III: $5,425.35 - $5,556.51
Once the candidate meets one year of service as a Programmer III, there are 3 retention steps considered annually based on eligibility:
- Step 1: $5,800.45 - $5,945.46
- Step 2: $6,206.48 - $6,361.64
- Step 3: $6,640.93 - $6,806.98

- An aptitude test utilizing Criteria may be used as part of the hiring process.
- Travel: None - Position may make day trips, but no overnight trips.
