About the role
These positions report to either Estelle Textile or Huntsville Textile, and the factory you report to will depend on the specific role you're selected for. The duties include overseeing textile mill operations and supervising incarcerated inmates while supporting the production of yarn and cloth for the agency.
Responsibilities
- Manage mill operations and security
- Supervise incarcerated inmates
- Complete administrative tasks required to keep the mills running efficiently
Requirements
You’d be a good fit if you have:
- A high school diploma or GED
- One year of textile manufacturing experience, or
- Three years of production or manufacturing experience, or
- 60 college hours plus one year of production or manufacturing experience
