About the role
This role involves performing highly complex work in the production and processing of officer uniform pants and other products within the Texas Correctional Industries department. You'll oversee and monitor the work of inmates to ensure operations run efficiently and production goals are met. The position operates under limited supervision, giving you considerable latitude to use your initiative and independent judgment in managing daily tasks and addressing production needs.

Qualifications

Additional Information
Travel is not required, but the position may make day trips. The position is considered hazardous duty and may require pre-employment drug testing. Outside applicants will be required to submit to pre-employment drug testing as a condition of employment.
