About the role

You will perform highly complex work in the production, processing, and manufacturing operations of our Furniture Factory. Working under limited supervision, you will have considerable latitude to use your initiative and independent judgment to drive efficient operations, supervise team members, and ensure strict security protocols.

Requirements

You'd be a good fit if you meet one of the following criteria:

• A high school diploma or GED, plus one year of experience in manufacturing or repairing furniture or cabinets, or warehouse operations
• Two years of any production or manufacturing experience
• 30 college hours plus one year of production or manufacturing experience

Additional Information

• Pre-employment drug testing is required for outside applicants
• Pre-Service Training Academy is required
• This is a hazardous duty/longevity position
• No overnight travel, but day trips may be required
