About the role

This position reports to the garment factory at the Robertson Unit. Duties include oversight of the garment factory operations and direct supervision of incarcerated inmates. The garment factory is responsible for the manufacturing and production of inmate clothing for the agency.

• Perform administrative duties related to factory operations

• Security-minded approach
• Commitment to accomplishing goals

• Desire to work on a team providing critical resources to the agency
• Ability to problem solve
• Interest in learning about daily manufacturing operations
