Tax Support Associate - Retail

Role Overview: This position involves serving as a dedicated retail expert at a TurboTax location, providing in-person tax services and community engagement. Key Responsibilities Tax Expertise & Customer Service: Offer comprehensive tax advice, prepare returns, identify deductions, minimize liabilities, and provide personalized tax planning.Community Engagement: Act as a local ambassador, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships through outreach and marketing efforts.Customer Experience: Deliver a professional, friendly, and trustworthy service, addressing client questions and helping them achieve financial goals.Marketing & Outreach: Promote TurboTax services within the community, participate in local events, and create accessible tax-related content. Qualifications & Skills Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience, including filing 30+ federal and state returns per season.Familiarity with tax laws, Circular 230, and professional tax software.Strong communication, customer service, and community-building skills.Willingness to work onsite in a retail environment, including weekends.Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
