Tax Support Associate - Retail

We are seeking dedicated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at TurboTax retail or flagship locations across the U.S. Key responsibilities include: Offering personalized tax advice and preparing tax returns for simple to complex situations, including deductions and amendments.Serving as a community ambassador by engaging prospects, supporting local marketing efforts, and building long-term client relationships.Delivering an exceptional customer experience through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication, fostering trust and loyalty.Utilizing TurboTax products and resources to maximize refunds and minimize liabilities, while providing future tax planning guidance. Qualifications and skills: Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience.Proficiency with federal and state tax filings using professional software, and familiarity with tax law and Circular 230.Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently in a retail environment.Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
