About the role
We are seeking dedicated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at TurboTax retail or flagship locations across the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Offer personalized tax advice and prepare tax returns for simple to complex situations, including deductions and amendments.
- Serve as a community ambassador by engaging prospects, supporting local marketing efforts, and building long-term client relationships.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Utilize TurboTax products and resources to maximize refunds and minimize liabilities, while providing future tax planning guidance.
Qualifications
- Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience.
- Proficiency with federal and state tax filings using professional software, and familiarity with tax law and Circular 230.
- Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently in a retail environment.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
