About the role

We are seeking motivated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at designated locations. In this role, you will offer comprehensive tax advice and prepare returns for various situations, engage with the community to attract and retain clients, serve as a trusted advisor to help customers optimize refunds and plan for their financial goals, and deliver exceptional customer service through professionalism and personalized support.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license
• Minimum three years of tax preparation experience
