Tax Support Associate - Retail

We are seeking motivated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax services at dedicated locations. As a Retail Expert, you will leverage your tax knowledge to assist customers with full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support. Your role involves building trust and delivering exceptional customer experiencesacting as a community ambassador to promote TurboTax servicesattracting and nurturing new clients through proactive outreach and local marketingengaging with customers to identify deductions, optimize refunds, and plan for future taxesutilizing resources like government websites and professional tools for accurate solutions Qualifications Include Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience Ability to handle a variety of tax situations and familiarity with Circular 230 Comfortable working onsite, with strong communication skills, and bilingual abilities a plus Key Skills Customer service excellence, empathy, professionalism Entrepreneurial mindset to grow client base Proficiency with tax software and CRM tools Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Additional Details Willingness to work in a retail environment and wear a uniform Residency within the United States required Compensation includes competitive pay, bonuses, and benefits
