Tax Support Associate - Retail

About the role

We are seeking motivated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax services at dedicated locations. As a Retail Expert, you will leverage your tax knowledge to assist customers with full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support. Your role involves building trust and delivering exceptional customer experiences, acting as a community ambassador to promote TurboTax services, attracting and nurturing new clients through proactive outreach and local marketing, engaging with customers to identify deductions, optimize refunds, and plan for future taxes, and utilizing resources like government websites and professional tools for accurate solutions.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license
• At least 3 years of tax preparation experience
• Ability to handle a variety of tax situations
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Comfortable working onsite
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual abilities a plus
