Tax Support Associate - Retail

Role Overview Seeking motivated individuals to serve as TurboTax Retail Experts at retail or flagship locations, providing in-person tax assistance, advice, and software support. The role involves building trust with customers, delivering personalized tax solutions, and fostering community engagement. Key Responsibilities Represent TurboTax locally, engaging prospects and converting leads into loyal clients through community outreach and marketing.Provide comprehensive tax services, including preparing and reviewing tax returns, identifying deductions, and offering future tax planning advice.Create an exceptional customer experience by understanding individual financial goals and addressing tax-related questions both in person and via digital communication tools.Build long-term relationships, enhancing customer loyalty and community presence. Qualifications & Skills Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience, including filing 30+ federal and state returns annually.Experience with professional tax software, strong knowledge of tax laws, and familiarity with Circular 230.Willingness to work onsite, wear a uniform, and be available for a minimum of 20 hours weekly, including weekends.Excellent communication, customer service, and technology skills, with a passion for empowering clients and community engagement. Bilingual skills are a plus.
