Tax Support Associate - Retail

About the role

We are seeking motivated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax services at designated locations across the country. In this role, you will offer full-service tax preparation, advice, and support, identify deductions, optimize refunds, and assist with tax planning. You will also build long-term client relationships through exceptional service, engage with the community as a local ambassador, and drive customer loyalty and growth within your area.

Requirements

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license
• Minimum of 3 years of tax preparation experience using professional software
• Familiarity with tax laws and regulations such as Circular 230
