Tax Support Associate - Retail

We are seeking motivated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax services at designated locations across the country. In this role, you will offer full-service tax preparation, advice, and support,identify deductions, optimize refunds, and assist with tax planning,build long-term client relationships through exceptional service,engage with the community as a local ambassador, and drive customer loyalty and growth within your area. Key qualifications include an active EA, CPA, or attorney license, minimum of 3 years of tax preparation experience using professional software, and familiarity with tax laws and regulations such as Circular 230. Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, personable, and proficient with technology and possess strong communication and customer service skills Bilingual abilities and a passion for community engagement are pluses. Responsibilities also involve representing the brand locally, creating accessible tax content, and working independently in a retail environment.
