Tax Support Associate - Retail

About the role

We are seeking dedicated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at TurboTax locations nationwide. As a community ambassador, you will promote TurboTax locally, engage prospects, and build long-term client relationships through outreach and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive tax preparation services
• Offer personalized tax advice and guidance
• Ensure a top-tier customer experience
• Handle a range of tax situations
• Utilize professional tools and resources
• Help clients optimize refunds and minimize tax liabilities

Qualifications

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or attorney license
• At least 3 years of tax preparation experience
• Filing of 30+ federal and state returns annually
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Valid PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number)
• Willingness to work onsite
