Tax Support Associate - Retail

We are seeking dedicated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at TurboTax locations nationwide. Key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive tax preparation, offering personalized advice, and ensuring a top-tier customer experience. As a community ambassador, you will promote TurboTax locally, engage prospects, and build long-term client relationships through outreach and marketing efforts. You will handle a range of tax situations, utilize professional tools and resources, and help clients optimize refunds and minimize liabilities. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for empowering customers and supporting community engagement. Qualifications include an active EA, CPA, or attorney license, with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal and state returns annually. Familiarity with Circular 230, a PTIN, and willingness to work onsite are essential. Bilingual skills are a plus.
