Tax Support Associate - Retail

Role Overview: The TurboTax Retail Expert is a dedicated, on-site financial professional providing in-person tax services at retail or flagship locations. Responsibilities: Offer full-service tax return preparation, advice, calculations, and product support for a range of tax situations.Engage with customers to understand their unique financial needs and build long-term relationships.Serve as a community ambassador, promoting TurboTax and attracting new clients through proactive outreach and local marketing activities.Create an exceptional customer experience by delivering professional, personalized guidance and addressing tax challenges.Utilize tax expertise, professional tools, and resources to optimize deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan future taxes. Qualifications & Skills: Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience.Proficiency in filing federal and state individual tax returns using professional software.Knowledge of tax law, Circular 230, and relevant licenses or permits.Excellent communication, customer service, and community engagement skills.Comfortable working onsite, with a flexible schedule, and creating content to enhance community presence.Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
