Tax Support Associate - Retail

Role Overview Join as a Retail Expert at a TurboTax location, providing in-person tax services and advice. You will serve as a trusted community advisor, assisting customers with tax preparation, identifying deductions, minimizing liabilities, and maximizing refunds. Your responsibilities include building relationships, attracting new clients, and representing TurboTax locally to foster community engagement and loyalty. Key Duties Offer hands-on tax advice and prepare federal and state returns, handling simple to complex situations.Conduct discovery sessions, review tax scenarios, and provide personalized tax planning.Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine support.Engage with the community, promote TurboTax services, and develop a local client base.Utilize tax software and resources to deliver accurate solutions and assist clients in overcoming tax challenges. Qualifications & Skills Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience.Proficiency with tax software, knowledge of tax law, and PTIN registration.Comfort working onsite, with strong communication, customer service, and community engagement skills.Willingness to work in a retail environment, wear a uniform, and potentially create tax-related content.Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) and entrepreneurial mindset are a plus.
