About the role
We are seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to provide on-site tax advisory and preparation services at retail locations across the country. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, prepare and review tax returns for various situations, identify deductions and optimize refunds, offer tax planning advice, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, you will act as a community ambassador, engage prospects, build relationships, and support local marketing efforts to grow the client base.

Qualifications
- An active EA, CPA, or attorney license
- At least 3 years of tax preparation experience
- Familiarity with Circular 230
- Comfort working onsite
