Tax Support Associate - Retail

We are seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to provide on-site tax advisory and preparation services at retail locations across the country. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor,prepare and review tax returns for various situations,identify deductions and optimize refunds,offer tax planning advice, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, you will act as a community ambassador,engage prospects,build relationships, and support local marketing efforts to grow the client base.Qualifications include** an active EA, CPA, or attorney license,at least 3 years of tax prep experience,familiarity with Circular 230,and comfort working onsite. Bilingual skills and a customer-focused attitude are a plus. Skills Required passion for helping clients, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication, tech proficiency, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
