Tax Support Associate - Retail

We are seeking dedicated retail experts to serve as in-person advisors at TurboTax locations across the country. In this role, you'll provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and support for a variety of tax situations, helping customers maximize refunds and minimize liabilities. Key responsibilities include serving as a community ambassador, engaging prospects, and building long-term client relationships;delivering personalized tax solutions using professional software and resources;creating an exceptional customer experience through professionalism, empathy, and community engagement; and participating in local marketing efforts to grow TurboTax's presence. Qualifications include active CPA, EA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax prep experience;familiarity with tax law, Circular 230, and professional software;ability to work onsite, communicate effectively, and build community presence; and willingness to wear a uniform and work in a retail environment.
