Tax Support Associate - Retail

We are looking for dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to join a dynamic team at our retail or flagship locations across the country. In this role, you will provide in-person tax services, including full tax return preparation, advice, and software support, addressing simple to complex tax situations and maximizing refunds. You will build long-term relationships with customers and grow the local client base through proactive community engagement and marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include serving as a community ambassador,delivering exceptional customer service,handling tax discovery sessions, and educating clients on tax strategies to support their financial goals. Qualifications include active EA, CPA, or attorney license,minimum of 3 years experience filing 30+ federal and state tax returns,familiarity with professional tax software, and ability to work onsite at retail locations. Bilingual skills and holistic tax advisory experience are a plus.
