Tax Professional - Retail

We are seeking dedicated retail experts to provide in-person tax assistance at TurboTax locations across the U.S., combining tax expertise, community engagement, and entrepreneurial spirit. Responsibilities Include Serving as a trusted advisor by offering comprehensive tax return preparation, advice, and software support for simple to complex tax situations.Engaging with customers to understand their unique financial needs, uncover deductions, optimize refunds, and deliver personalized tax solutions.Building long-term relationships and driving customer loyalty through exceptional service and community involvement.Actively representing TurboTax locally, participating in marketing efforts, and attracting new clients through outreach and content creation.Facilitating discovery sessions, tax reviews, and future planning advice, utilizing professional tools and resources. Qualifications & Skills Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of experience filing 30+ federal and state individual tax returns annually.Strong knowledge of tax law, familiarity with Circular 230, and a valid PTIN.Comfort working onsite in a retail environment, with excellent communication, customer service, and technology proficiency.Willingness to build a local and online presence; bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and passionate about community engagement and education.
