Tax Professional - Retail

We are seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to serve as trusted advisors at retail locations across the country. In this role, you will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and support for a variety of tax situations, helping customers maximize refunds and reduce liabilities. As a community ambassador, you will engage with prospects, promote tax awareness, and build long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and local marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer experiences, conducting discovery sessions, and leveraging tax expertise to address individual needs. Qualifications include active CPA, EA, or attorney licenses, at least 3 years of tax preparation experience, and familiarity with professional tax software. Ideal candidates are self-driven, customer-focused, and proficient in communication and technology, with a passion for community engagement and education. Additional attributes include bilingual skills (a plus), a professional demeanor, and willingness to work onsite in a retail environment.
