Tax Professional - Retail

Role Overview: A TurboTax Retail Expert serves as a trusted advisor, providing in-person tax preparation, advice, and support at retail locations. Key Responsibilities Represent TurboTax locally, engaging with the community and attracting new clients.Offer hands-on tax services, handling a range of tax situations from simple to complex, including deductions and amendments.Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.Create a positive customer experience, building trust and long-term relationships.Utilize marketing and software tools to grow the client base and foster community prosperity. Qualifications & Skills Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with deep tax law knowledge; PTIN required.At least 3 years of experience filing 30+ federal and state tax returns using professional software.Comfortable working onsite, in a retail environment, with high customer service standards.Strong communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus.Willingness to wear a uniform and work in a front-facing role.
