Tax Professional - Retail

We are seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at retail or flagship locations across the country. In this role, you will offer comprehensive tax advice, prepare returns, and support software usage for a diverse range of customer needs, from simple to complex tax situations. You will build trust and long-term relationships with clients by delivering personalized service, uncovering deductions, optimizing refunds, and advising on future tax planning. As a community ambassador, you will actively promote TurboTax locally, engage prospects, and participate in marketing efforts to make taxes approachable. Your responsibilities include creating an exceptional customer experience through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication, both in person and via digital tools. Key qualifications include an active EA, CPA, or attorney license, minimum of 3 years tax preparation experience, and familiarity with tax law and software. Strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work onsite are essential. Bilingual skills and a passion for community engagement are pluses.
