Tax Professional - Retail

We are seeking dedicated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at local TurboTax locations. Key responsibilities include: Offering comprehensive tax advice and preparing returns for a variety of tax situations, including individual and small business filings.Building long-term client relationships through personalized service and community engagement.Acting as a community ambassador to promote TurboTax services, attract new clients, and support local marketing efforts.Addressing customer inquiries, uncovering deductions, and providing tax planning guidance using professional tools and resources.Delivering an exceptional customer experience with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.Creating accessible tax-related content and fostering a local social presence to enhance community trust and visibility.Working independently in a retail environment, managing multiple priorities, and leveraging technology tools. Qualifications and skills: Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience.Experience filing 30+ federal and state tax returns per season using professional software.Strong knowledge of tax law, Circular 230, and relevant licenses or permits.Excellent communication, customer service, and community engagement skills.Comfortable working onsite, bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus, and tech-savvy.
