Tax Professional - Retail

We are seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax services at retail locations across the U.S. Key responsibilities include: Offering hands-on tax advice, preparing complex and simple returns, and identifying deductions to optimize refunds.Building long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and personalized financial guidance.Acting as a community ambassador, engaging prospects, and supporting local marketing efforts to expand TurboTax’s presence.Utilizing tax software and resources to deliver accurate solutions and support clients’ financial goals.Participating in local and online content creation to educate and empower the community on tax matters. Qualifications and skills: Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal and state returns annually.Proficiency in professional tax software, strong communication skills, and ability to work onsite in a retail environment.Willingness to engage with the community, promote personal and professional growth, and represent the brand positively.Preferred bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities and experience in holistic tax advisory services.
