Tax Professional - Retail

We are seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at retail locations across the country. In this role, you will offer hands-on tax preparation, advice, and support for a range of tax situations, ensuring personalized service that maximizes refunds and minimizes liabilities. As a key community ambassador, you'll represent TurboTax locally, engage prospects, and build long-term client relationships through outreach and marketing efforts. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer experiences, understanding clients' unique financial goals, and fostering trust. You will also utilize tax software, conduct discovery sessions, and provide future tax planning guidance. Qualifications include active EA, CPA, or attorney license, with a minimum of 3 years of tax prep experience filing at least 30 federal and state returns annually. Key skills involve strong communication, technology proficiency, entrepreneurial mindset, and community engagement. Bilingual skills and experience in tax advisory services are pluses. Ideal candidates are self-driven, empathetic, professional, and comfortable working onsite in a retail environment, committed to helping customers navigate their taxes confidently.
