Tax Professional - Retail

Role Overview The TurboTax Retail Expert is a customer-facing professional responsible for providing in-person tax advice, preparation, and support at retail or flagship locations. Responsibilities Include Serving as a trusted advisor by delivering personalized tax services, including complex tax situations and future planning.Building and maintaining long-term client relationships and growing the local TurboTax community through outreach and marketing efforts.Creating an exceptional customer experience with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.Participating in local marketing initiatives to promote tax awareness and TurboTax services.Utilizing tax software, government resources, and team expertise to ensure accurate and comprehensive tax solutions. Qualifications & Skills Active CPA, EA, or attorney license with a minimum of 3 years of tax preparation experience and proficiency with professional tax software.Current PTIN and ability to obtain necessary state licenses or permits.Comfortable working onsite, engaging with diverse customers, and working in a retail environment.Strong communication, customer service, and technological skills.Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) and experience in holistic tax advisory services are advantageous.
