Tax Professional - Retail

We are seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance and advice at retail locations across the U.S. Key responsibilities include: Offering full-service tax return preparation for simple to complex cases, including deductions and future planning.Serving as a community ambassador by engaging prospects, nurturing leads, and promoting TurboTax services locally.Delivering exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and personalized support, fostering long-term trust.Building relationships to grow the client base and increase loyalty, utilizing marketing support and community outreach.Utilizing tax expertise, government resources, and TurboTax software to ensure accurate, accessible guidance. Qualifications and skills include: Active EA, CPA, or attorney license, with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience.Ability to file 30+ federal and state individual tax returns per season using professional software.Knowledge of tax law, Circular 230, and relevant licenses or permits.Strong communication skills, bilingual abilities (a plus), and comfort working onsite in a retail environment.Entrepreneurial mindset, customer-focused attitude, and proficiency in technology and social engagement.
