Tax Expert - Retail

We are seeking dedicated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax services at local TurboTax locations, combining tax expertise, community engagement, and entrepreneurial spirit. Responsibilities: Offer comprehensive tax advice, prepare returns, optimize deductions, and provide future tax planning using professional tools.Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service by building trust, addressing client inquiries, and fostering long-term relationships to promote loyalty.Community Engagement: Represent TurboTax locally, attract new clients, participate in marketing efforts, and create accessible tax content for the community.Qualifications: Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience, familiarity with tax law, and PTIN. Bilingual skills and a passion for community outreach are a plus.Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, customer service, technology proficiency, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently in a retail environment.
