Tax Expert - Retail

Role Overview: We are seeking motivated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at TurboTax locations across the country. Responsibilities Include Serving as a trusted advisor by delivering full-service tax return preparation, advice, and support for various tax situations, including personal and business income.Building long-term client relationships and expanding community engagement through proactive outreach and local marketing efforts.Creating an exceptional customer experience by understanding individual financial goals, addressing inquiries, and offering personalized tax solutions.Demonstrating professionalism and genuine interest to foster customer trust and loyalty.Participating in community events, creating accessible tax-related content, and representing the brand locally and online. Qualifications & Skills Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience, filing 30+ individual returns per season.Experience with professional tax software, familiarity with Circular 230, and ability to obtain necessary state licenses.Comfort working onsite, with strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities as a plus.Entrepreneurial mindset, customer-focused attitude, and proficiency with technology and CRM tools.Willingness to work in a retail environment, wear a uniform, and engage with the community actively.
