Tax Expert - Retail

We are seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at retail or flagship locations across the country. As a trusted advisor, you'll deliver comprehensive tax return preparation, advice, and support, handling a range of situations from simple to complex. Your role involves building long-term client relationships, attracting new customers, and growing community engagement through proactive outreach and marketing activities. Key responsibilities include offering personalized tax solutions, conducting discovery sessions, maximizing refunds, and providing future tax planning advice. You'll create an exceptional customer experience by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and genuine interest in clients' financial goals.
