Tax Expert - Retail

We are seeking dedicated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax services at TurboTax retail locations. In this role, you will offer comprehensive tax advice, prepare tax returns, and support customers with software and financial guidance. You will serve as a trusted community ambassador, engaging prospects, nurturing relationships, and promoting TurboTax’s services through local marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include delivering personalized tax solutions for simple to complex situationsmaximizing refunds and minimizing liabilitiescreating a positive customer experience with professionalism and empathybuilding long-term client relationships and community presence Qualifications include active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experiencefamiliarity with tax law, professional software, and Circular 230ability to work onsite and engage with diverse clientsbilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, customer-focused, tech-savvy, and passionate about empowering clients and community engagement.
