Tax Expert - Retail

We are seeking dedicated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at TurboTax retail locations across the country. Key Responsibilities Include Offering comprehensive tax preparation, advice, and support for a variety of tax situations, including personal and business filings.Building long-term client relationships through personalized service and community engagement.Serving as a local ambassador by participating in marketing efforts, outreach, and community events to promote TurboTax services.Delivering exceptional customer experiences by understanding client needs, optimizing refunds, and providing future tax planning guidance.Utilizing tax expertise and resources to ensure accurate, compliant, and accessible tax solutions. Qualifications Include Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience.Proficiency with tax software, knowledge of tax law, and ability to handle complex filings.Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and entrepreneurial mindset.Willingness to work onsite, wear a uniform, and engage with the community.Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) and experience in holistic tax advisory are advantageous.
