Tax Expert - Retail

We are seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax advice, preparation, and support at retail or flagship locations across the U.S. Key responsibilities include serving as a trusted community advisor, engaging prospects, and building long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and local marketing efforts. You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, handle complex tax situations, and offer personalized tax planning advice using professional resources. Providing an exceptional customer experience by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a genuine interest in clients’ financial goals is essential. You will interact both in-person and via digital communication tools to address client needs and foster trust. Qualifications include an active EA, CPA, or attorney license, with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience and familiarity with professional tax software. You must have or obtain necessary state licenses, possess a PTIN, and be comfortable working onsite. The role requires strong communication skills, community engagement, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. Bilingual skills are a plus. You should be tech-savvy, customer-focused, and willing to wear a uniform, working in a retail environment.
