Tax Expert - Retail

We are seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax services at retail or flagship locations across the U.S. Key responsibilities include: Offering comprehensive tax advice and preparing returns for various tax situations, including personal and business income.Engaging with the community to attract new clients, nurture relationships, and promote TurboTax services.Delivering exceptional customer experiences through professionalism, personalized support, and building long-term trust.Participating in local marketing efforts to make tax topics accessible and approachable.Utilizing tax expertise and resources to optimize deductions, minimize liabilities, and support clients' financial goals. Qualifications & Skills: Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with at least 3 years of tax preparation experience.Proficiency with professional tax software, familiarity with Circular 230, and valid PTIN.Strong communication skills, bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) a plus, and comfort working onsite.Entrepreneurial mindset, customer-focused attitude, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
