Tax Expert - Retail

We are seeking motivated Retail Experts to provide in-person tax assistance at designated locations. In this role, you will offer comprehensive tax advice and prepare returns for both simple and complex situationshelp clients maximize refunds and minimize liabilities through discovery sessions and personalized guidanceserve as a community ambassador, engaging prospects and building long-term relationshipssupport local marketing efforts to promote tax literacy and community engagementcreate a positive customer experience through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication Key qualifications include an active EA, CPA, or attorney license, minimum three years of tax preparation experience with proficiency in professional softwarefamiliarity with tax laws and regulationsability to work onsite and in a retail environment, with strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitudebilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus Ideal attributes involve entrepreneurial spirit, high empathy, strong tech skills, and a passion for community engagement.
