About the role
Oversee survey teams at one or more project sites, providing technical input regarding engineering standards, specifications, design instructions, and land mapping. Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to deliver exceptional results on an Advanced Technology project, including Data Center market segments.
Responsibilities
- Provides work control lines and elevations required for accurate measurement and correct installation of materials by field staff.
- Ensures crews perform layout work competently and accurately.
- Checks as-built conditions that require the use of surveying techniques.
- Provides topographic and cross-section surveys as required for planning and payment quantities.
- Assists with conducting quantity calculations as needed.
- Monitors and maintains the condition and calibration of surveying equipment.
- Coordinates survey activities with the assigned engineer and superintendents to meet construction requirements.
- Manages survey department resources and department-assigned budget.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geometrics, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in survey or land mapping required.
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License.

Pay
Salary range: USD $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year.
