About the Role

This position involves overseeing a community outpatient mental health and substance use program, ensuring quality, compliance, and service benchmarks are met. The role requires direct client care, crisis leadership, and maintaining professional relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Model professionalism and foster trust and collaboration.
• Ensure staffing and scheduling meet client needs.
• Supervise and train staff, monitor performance, and ensure compliance.
• Provide clinical oversight, review documentation, and assume leadership during crises.
• Meet quality, compliance, and productivity targets, and participate in training and reporting.
• Act as a liaison for referral sources and maintain program standards.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in behavioral health.
• Certifications such as LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW within two years are required.
