About the role

We are seeking a Community Behavioral Health Supervisor to oversee an outpatient mental health program, ensuring quality, compliance, and service benchmarks are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff supervision, clinical guidance, and staff development
• Manage schedules and ensure proper documentation and compliance
• Provide direct client care and crisis leadership
• Manage program operations
• Ensure staff performance and maintain compliance
• Participate in training and foster a professional environment
• Act as a liaison with referral sources
• Contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
• Minimum of 3 years of behavioral health experience
• Relevant licensing or certification (LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW) within 2 years
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in documentation and computer use
