Behavioral Health Supervisor (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

About the role

Rite of Passage’s Southern California Treatment Program is located in Torrance and San Pedro, CA. This position oversees clinical operations for two short-term residential therapeutic programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical operations for two short-term residential therapeutic programs.
• Work with program Administrators and Direct Care Staff to implement a consistent and collaborative approach.
• Assess resident mental health needs.
• Supervise the clinical team.
• Ensure appropriate and coordinated care is provided for each resident through collaboration with psychiatrists and other contracted specialists.

Requirements

• Empathetic, patient, and respectful.
• Licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, certification preferred.
• Five years of clinical and administrative experience in a residential setting.
• Meet Board of Behavioral Sciences requirements for clinical supervision, including completing initial and ongoing supervision training.
• The ability to manage multiple people and projects.

Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check.
• Pass a drug screening.
• Pass a physical exam.
• Pass a TB test.
• Hold a current State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record for the past three years.

Pay

$100,000 per year; $5000.00 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Clinical position paid out at 3 and 6 Months!

Schedule

Monday – Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, onsite presence required.
